CONTINGENCY FEES: HOW IT WORKS
As mentioned in the Solicitors Act, a contingency fee agreement is one where a lawyer or paralegal’s fees for legal services are dependent (“contingent”) on the successful outcome of the case. Simply put, the client only pays legal fees when their case has been successfully completed, a favorable outcome has been achieved, and a financial amount has been awarded.

Once your case is resolved, contingency fees are charged as a percentage of the money recovered. HOW MUCH IS THE CONTINGENCY FEE
At HIMPRO, the general maximum contingency fee for personal injury cases is 30% of your total settlement amount. After your initial consultation, your lawyer will confirm the exact contingency fee rate and explain how the fee structure and other financial aspects related to your matter work.
